Hart’s Fine Jewelry is a locally owned and operated company, since 2007. Owner, Jeff Hart, has more than 20 years of experience
in the jewelry industry and is a GIA Resident Graduate Gemologist. After 18 years of working in a chain store, Jeff decided that
he wanted to offer fine jewelry in a more friendly atmosphere, and without the markup required by the chain store. Jeff’s philosophy
to selling jewelry is, great jewelry at a great price.
